Dealing with Goods received in Error, Faulty or damaged.
If within 7 days of your delivery you find that any products bought from Kitchen Suppliers Online have been delivered incorrectly or faulty/damaged you may return them within 28 days for exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition including all wrapping and packaging.
Simple steps for returning your items to us:
1. You will Need your delivery Note and your Invoice Number
2. Email our returns team at email@example.com
3. It would be helpful to know the style of kitchen, colour and when purchased.
Unwanted Component/Accessory Goods
If within 7 days of your delivery you find that you have over ordered/stocked with any stock items bought from Kitchen Suppliers Online you may return them within 28 days for exchange or refund provided that the products are returned to us in their original UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED packaging. All Items returned (not Exchanged) are subject to a 35% restocking charge that will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note that All Superior Cabinets and any of our Kitchen Doors, Panels, Cornice, Pelmets and Plinths are Made to Order and Any other Special Order Items are non-returnable and NOT covered by this Returns policy. These are items that are Bespoke made and are sold as individual items.
Refunds or Credit note will be raised on inspection of the returned goods on condition that the following criteria have been met:
Goods to be returned safely and securely wrapped in its original unopened and undamaged packaging
Copy of the Collection & Returns note (supplied by Kitchen Suppliers Online) is attached to the packaging.
Goods to be returned must exceed a value £50:00
Goods must be returned, at your cost, within 21 days of authorisation. We Recommend that your item via recorded or signed for delivery.
