Delivery Terms & Customer Information

Products (Except for Kitchens) are generally dispatched to our customers as soon as possible after receipt of payment unless an upgraded carriage has been arranged for. We will aim to release all parcels ASAP but the below lead times will help us to keep delivery costs to a minimum, please note we will aim to beat these times wherever possible.

Kitchen unit and doors depend on the range and style ordered. A delivery date will be advised within 48 hours of ordering Mon-Fri. If required, optional delivery dates can be arranged. All deliveries will then be confirmed by email.

Please note that any delivery service is not guaranteed and requires a third party courier and even though we strive to deliver when stated, unfortunately, delays may occur.

Delivery charges :
Flat Rate invoice for small components total from £1-£100 Cost £15 - May take up to 7 working days to arrive
Flat Rate invoice total from £100 - £250 Cost £35 For Cabinets or Doors May take up to 21 working days to arrive
Worktop Delivery Flat rate £45 for the first worktop and £15 per worktop there after with a maximum charged of 5 worktops then you only get charged for 2 - 3-5 Working Days to arrive, depending on the time the order is placed.

Free economy delivery for orders over £500 offers are only applicable to Zone 1 (excluding Worktops) as shown on map below - May take up to 20 working days to delivery (Mon-Fri only)

Certain granite sinks available on a next working day service £30.00 - Please email for details.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will then apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you require a product quicker than stated online, please email the helpful team and we would be happy to obtain a quote for you if possible.

If a delivery is rejected for whatever reason a return carriage charge of £110 + Vat will be debited from the refund to cover the return cost. Failed delivery owing to the customer's absence from the delivery address will result in a £50 refund deduction. To have any items Re-delivered as a result in a failed delivery to the same or different address will incur a min £55 Charge.
Failed delivery owing to the customer's absence from the delivery address when a full Kitchen is being delivered will result in a £250 Charge to refund deduction or to re-deliver.

Due to strict terms by the couriers used, deliveries must be checked within a 24 hour period from receipt and any damages notified immediately to us with images by email.

Unfortunately, the charges for all delivery services are only applicable to deliveries in the UK Mainland Zone 1 as shown on the below map. Areas not included within the couriers UK Mainland area include all areas of Ireland, some areas of Scotland, The Isle of White, The Channel Islands. This is, unfortunately, the couriers choice of area and not ours.

Please note: Certain ceramic, granite or glass sinks are delivered via suppliers own transport to enable a safe & secure arrival. They do only deliver to certain areas of England, please check with us that your location would be possible. In certain areas be on a two-day run, this allowing us to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. A specific day delivery is possible on granite sinks at £30, and ceramic sinks at £50.00 which would arrive on a pallet.

Card Payments: Debit & credit cards are taken, 3% surcharge on credit card payments are charged when ordering over the telephone as a different payment method is used than the one on the internet site.

PayPal payments: Please make sure the address to where you wish for the goods to arrive is stated on the PayPal order sheet prior to placing your order. There is a "message to seller" where this can be clearly entered and this will be sent to our order department on order. This will, in turn, stop any delays in the order process. Bank transfer payments are also accepted, please email the team if our bank account details are required.

Please also note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or the weekends and so your delivery may be temporarily delayed, please bear this in mind while placing an order.
